Days 1-3: Arrive in Costa Rica and check-in at a jungle eco-lodge. Begin your mindful adventure with daily yoga and meditation sessions surrounded by lush rainforest.

Days 4-7: Explore Costa Rica's natural wonders with guided hikes to waterfalls, zip-lining through the canopy, and surfing lessons on pristine beaches.
